Tissue Grafts

Soft Tissue Grafts:

This is a procedure where prominent gum recession occurring in one or several teeth—due to incorrect toothbrush utilization, anatomical defects, or gum diseases—is covered with soft tissue grafts harvested from a different area of the mouth (usually the palate). It is generally performed for aesthetic purposes or, in some cases, as a preventive measure to prevent the progression of gum disease.

Hard Tissue Grafts:

During flap operations, in areas where bone loss is advanced, bone formation is stimulated through the application of synthetic or naturally derived bone grafts (bone powder). The newly formed bone allows the person to achieve more reliable and healthier results, both aesthetically and functionally.
